We are very proud over Genevieve Mashao and Elizabeth Cassidy from our Chess 2 Change program who travelled to Albania to participate in World Youth Chess Championships. They both faught hard and made alot of new friends. For Genevieve it was first time on an airplane which she enjoyed. A big thankyou to Cassidys sponsor DGT.
Another of our youths that went to Albania is Pantham Kaewpitakkun from Norway who participated in the u18 open class where he performed above his rating. We hope that all the kids got some valuable experience that they can use in the next tournament. We also would like to thank Panthams sponsors FERD and Sissener who made this possible.
