Saad Elmi from our extreme makeover program keeps making us proud. He has had an impressive run under 2024 where he has surpassed 2400 in FIDE elo, won a bronze medal at the European Youth Championships and now he can also add the IM title to this. He managed to score his last IM norm at the World Youth Chess Championships in Brazil. Very impressive from the 18-year old talent who had a FIDE rating of 1800 just 3 years ago.
