Shortly after the Chess 2 Change Tournament The CEO of DGT Hans Pees contacted us and said that he was so found of his partner Elizabeth Cassidy that he wanted to increase DGTs contribution to a sponsorship. We were of course delighted to hear that and after some quick moves Cassidy had a sponsor in the market leading Dutch company DGT, that specializes in providing innovative Chess Technology, like sensor boards, clocks and so on. The sponsorship will give Cassidy access to more chess training and equip her well for her coming rise towards the top. Hopefully she can fulfill her dream to become a Grandmaster. Sky is the limit.
